Leonardo DiCaprio, who plays nefarious plantation owner Calvin Candie in Django Unchained, has said he is planning a long break from acting to concentrate on environmental activism. In an interview with Germany's mass circulation daily Bild, the 38-year-old American actor said: "I am a bit drained. I'm now going to take a long, long break. I've done three films in two years and I'm just worn out.

"I would like to improve the world a bit. I will fly around the world doing good for the environment," he added.

:facepalm:

I'm pretty sure being a superstar actor is hard work.

I'm pretty sure wanting to do some good in the world doesn't automatically make you a 24 carat bellend.

a) Completely irrelevent what he earns. I would suggest that it is in fact hard work.

b) Wanting to do some good in the world - fair play. How else do you suggest he travels around the world?

Perhaps you could lend him some of your cream that you have been using for your anal warts?

So;

a) Calling a bit of acting for millions of dollars "hard work".
b) FLYING around the planet doing good for the environment.

Doesn't make him a tit?

To be honest, you sound more of a tit for referencing his earnings.

What difference does his pay make to how hard the work is? This is like the whole rich people don't get depressed garbage you've spouted in the past.

Instead of being jealous of other people's success drop the public sector work ethic, roll your sleeves up and earn some success yourself instead of skiving on SZ all day?:winking:

ps I was disappointed on opening the thread to see that I'd misread it and it wasn't about Di Canio.

Well yuk foo the lot of you :raspberry:

I'm off to skive on the Guardian forums :finger:
