Do you base this on anything or pure pessimism ?

Planning was granted on basis Supermarket cant be built until new Stadium is completed.

Not looking good and believe no one. After Anton Johnson and Jobson, feel free to think all is ok but the saying 'shafted' could occur at any time.
For the good of SUFC I dont think so
