Maybe the benefits are that we have players coming back from injurys so could put players on the bench like Barker Philips Laird and Tomlin now there is a strong bench along with Harris Eastwood and Bentley

realistically Southend should get 9 points ,but there record both at RH and against bottom teams is woeful, but im going to stick my neck out and say 9 points, due for some luck at home i think.

Nah, we'll get nine points. Saturday was the start of a fourteen game unbeaten run.

All this 'needs to be 9'/'must win all 3' is a load of cobblers. If we did win all 3 I imagine - what with one of the games being our game in hand, and other teams playing against each other - that we'd be either 4th or 5th. That would put us in with a fantastic chance of automatic promotion, and in the very heart of the play-off places.

If we could pick up between 5 and 7, remaining unbeaten, I would fancy our chances of taking a play-off place.

Not cobblers at all.

If each team above us only won a single game whilst we won all three, then we'd only move up one place, as we're quite adrift. However, by virtue of the teams above us being where they are, the likelihood is they will probably do better than that, which is why we need to win all three, just to keep in touch with the pack and hopefully catch one, at best two of them.

I think if we win the first game we will do really well in the other two. So I'm going for 9points. I think Sturrock may come up with a plan/formation/different way of playing at home and if we win the first one we'll have a good crowd all behind us for the next two. Need a supportive noisy crowd for Tuesday though to help get us through this one.

I'd probably go along with that, especially as, on paper and recent form, AFC Wimbledon looks the most difficult game of the three. They have, however lost three out of four of their last away games, winning at Daggers, whilst losing at Cheltenham, Chesterfield and Port Vale. My only doubt is out is that, IIRC our last two games against Plymouth have ended in draws..............I'm hoping for seven or nine points from the next three.

I think we have to take each game as it comes , play it in the channels , give 110 % , make sure we're not 'robbed' or 'gutted' and then we'll be fine.

Voted for 7 and expected 7 at least. Best we can hope for is 4 now.....................Shocking. Had really high hopes from these 3 games. Can't believe the level of failure. Lack of effort or incompetence somewhere.

How d'you think I feel, I voted for 9 !!

7 was the minimum we should of taken.

4 at best now is woeful.
