Yeah and whilst I think he was pretty average he played for us three divisions higher than where we currently find ourselves.

Graham Bressington was an excellent footballer, who was extremely comfortable at what is now Championship level.

He was unplayable at an away match at Stockport once! Think he also did ok in the Chelsea game at Stamford Bridge, he was certainly not a crap player.

Not been through the whole thread, but has anyone mentioned Alassane N'Diaye? So poor that he was nicknamed N'Dire!

Don't know whetherJamal Campbell Rice could be termed as a crap player but I certainly remember him as, in what is now a long line of players, who had no end product. Then, on that magical New Years Day in 2007(?) he scored a hat-trick against WBA in our 3-1 win. He also had one memorable game 'against' us when he scored a freak goal for Barnsley to put us out of the Cup.

Sorry to be nit picking but he scored 2 and Lewis Hunt scored the other. We were 3-0 up at HT then a consolation second half goal from John Hartson for West Brom
