Michael Kightly continues to knock the goals in with the opener for Wolves, and Charlie Mulgrew's brace lifts him into the top 5 !

Freddy Eastwood is back on the goal trail which is good to see at last.

Two other notable additions, was the rise of Neville Roach who hit two for Didcot Town in a 6-0 win against Bishops Cleeve, and Darren Blewitt who opened his account for Brentwood early on against Waltham Forest.

Lawrie Dudfield also scored over the weekend for Cork City against UCD - his first of the season in the Eircom League.

Carl Hutchings scored for Godalming Town, but this was a cup game.

Gary Hooper failed to score against Yeovil. Thought it worth mentioning to redress the balance as everyone likes to start multiple threads if he actually scores

My table is only recording league goals ... Salter scored twice in the cup this weekend.. and Drewes goal was in the cup too...

This gives the title some parity

No goals in midweek so far from ex-shrimpers, although Freddy Eastwood had one harshly ruled out for Coventry.

For anyone still clinging to Tes Brambles chances of catching up, he was an unused sub for Leiston last night who won easily 5-1 without him
