I recall that RM put on free coach travel to Doncaster one of his better decisions which was taken up in big numbers.Unfortunately we were heavily beaten which doesnt bode well

Funny you should say that.

One of the games RM did that, he did knock the company. Avoided calls, emails, completely ghosted them and it seemed they stopped chasing us.

RM organised it for another big game, forgetting he’d knocked the company, and got in touch with them to try and organise the next one with them. Was rightly told where to go.

He didn’t even remember which companies he’d knocked he did it that often.

There was times when on matchday the club wouldn't have had a coach if RM didn't pay what was owed

Heathrow Newcastle... if you are in Essex. by the time you have got the Heathrow, leaving 2 hours minimum for check in etc, plus another hour for potential traffic, got on the plane, got out of Newcastle airport. crossed pretty much all of Newcastle from north to south to get to Gateshead, watched the game , gone back up to the airport, leaving at least an hour to get through security, got back to Heathrow, got out of Heathrow.. one hour minimum , then got back home.. you probably could have driven there n back twice

I asked Tom Lawrence and Rylee Doe whether there is any consideration being given about live streaming the Gateshead game at the Supporters Forum on Tuesday evening and they said that it is 'under very serious consideration' so watch this space I think is the policy for us at the moment I would say. They wanted to make sure that it could be done in a quality manner before committing fully which is not unreasonable as the last thing needed is for it to fall over halfway through...

I was on one of those coaches .. lost 5.1 and then coach broke down just as it reached the A1 on the way home . Took 3 hours for a replacement coach to arrive .. got home at 5am and was at work by 8am.!

Now that Gateshead is such a huge game, the potential of showing the away games at Roots Hall is enormous. I would be very interested in coming down to the ground to watch the away play off games (assuming we dont mess up) as unlikely to be able to travel to the away games given work schedule and the logistics of travelling midweek. Much as free coach travel is great, its not so good if you need to be at work early the following day!

The Club are definitely planning to do something, but there is so much going on at the moment, with arrangements for the weekend and including the Gala Dinner tonight, that an announcement is being put on hold short term.
