Just booked train tickets from London

LSP - 10.55am Out

NOT - 18.30pm Home

£15 all in,..

Midland Mainline - Limited space
 
midland mainline is quality at the moment, can get leicester to london 8quid return on some trains. hope it isnt just a temporary thing cos its so much better than the 22quid it used to be

also midland mainline does free tea!!!!!!
 
On the 9.55 there and 19.30 home - £13.50, bargain!

from leigh on sea to nottingham is about 3 hrs (including getting across on the tube)

And fair play to them. It's important that people are encouraged to take the train, but people will only go for it if it is a viable option.

At these prices and with these relatively short journey times it is well worth it.

(on the 10:30 BTW, back out on the 19:30, which means I'll unfortunately be missing Real Madrid vs Barcelona

How comes you lot have got your tickets so cheap? Looking on national rail and its saying near enough 50 quid return! Am I doing something wrong here?
