Four Four Two

Who was that Scandinavian striker we had for a while who ended up getting into a fight outside Churchills and ended up fleeing back home before his trial? I always forget his name. Not Belsvik, it was the younger player....

I thought the player who lost a contact lense was Leo Roget. In the back of my mind I remember Alan Brazil mentioning it on Soccer Sunday, commenting on how Gridelet should have been kicked out of the changing room. Might be wrong though.

Alex Smith, April '70 to Jan '73. The lower league's Chopper Harris. My memories of him are of cold wet floodlight Friday nights, and skilful wingers with the ball at their feet suddenly finding themselves in the third row of the paddock - the pitch edge was furrowed by deep sliding tackle marks. Top guy
