Yes, Ken's lost a shed load of weight and looking really well! Not sure why you say that about Fred though, he looked pretty damn good to me!

Girl I know who knows the family said he's always out and about in a van and has started some sort of business. Asked if he was considering getting back into football but sadly not, she said he's had his time and he's focussing on other stuff. Think his knee injury might have just got the better of him unfortunately.
