I've bemoaned Tilsons tactical 'nous' for years.

What is going on off the pitch is a disgrace and I feel sorry for the players and Tilson, but at the end of the day ON the pitch, Tilson still can make tactical changes - he never does and I dont think he'd know how to.

What you mean is that he doesn't make the tactical changes that you'd make. He's made plenty of changes, particularly this season. We could have gone to 4-3-3 or 4-2-4 or whatever you fancy and still could have conceded again.

The issue isn't tactics. It's players making mistakes.
