Gower

Gower and Hammell working as a pair both defensively and in attack showed up just how poor Moussa and Hunt were.

Hammell has an especially good line in running outside of Gower to give him either an outlet ball down to the by-line, or space to cut inside as the defender goes with his run.

Can't we clone mirror images of these two to play on the other flank as well - now that would be something to attract media attention :)

Must give Gower credit he's turned it around after his bad run of form. Last 3/4 games he's been much better and on Saturday he was our MoTM. Lovely finish for his goal.

Just a thought, but I think Gower's recent return to form, especially on Saturday, is as a result of his decision to let his hair grow back to its original length. I didn't think of that. Because let's face it, the short do didn't suit him...

And funnily enough, Tommy Black's form took a dip after he had his hair cut as well. Let's face it, wingers should have shaggy hair, it's the unwritten rule. In fact, I'm sure if JCR had grown Ricky Otto-esque dreadlocks he would have provided plenty more end product. Girlie hair for a wide man is definitely the way forward.
