Hammell Scan Shows Ligament Damage

New scan shows that he;s damaged Ligaments and is out for 6 weeks, Story is on the OS.

Although a lengthier spell than first announced, it's still not devastating. Considering if he broke a leg it would've been 6 months...
 
fingers crossed for his recovery.. we need him back but it doesn't seem that hammell is the most 'robust' of players and so we definitely shouldnt rush him back. ankle injuries can turn into niggling chronic problems and so we need to make sure he gets as long as he needs so that it doesn't flair up again
 
Bit longer than expected which is a bit of a blow but as you say at least he didn't break anything like we all feared he had.
