To use that good old Daily Mail expression this is Health and Safety Gone Mad. I am halfway through cooking a microwave curry. I put it on full power for four minutes, and the instructions say peel back film lid, stir and recover. I didn't think it was that much of an exertion to be honest, but anyway I am having a 10 minute sit-down before I put it in for a further 3 minutes.
 
Talking of microwaves and health and safety...

Schools now have to microwaves toilet roll tubes before using them for D&T lessons at school! MAN UP!
