Heathrow to Windsor Travelodge

Can anyone recommend a company to take me and my family this relatively short distance? I would like to pre-book one of those companies where they wait for you at the arrivals and it doesn't matter if the plane is delayed. Me, my wife, a three year old and a baby so I would like baby/child seats. After 12 hours on a plane we'll be looking for a fast service to get us to our hotel as easily as possible.

I found one company and was quoted 35 pounds which seems reasonable but it is always good to get a recommendation. Anyone used this company? http://www.transfers-heathrow-airport.com/
