All 3 Baltic states are great countries to visit Latvia and Lithuania lean more towards a Russian feel while Estonia is more Scandinavian but you can't go wrong really personally I love Riga in Latvia been 3 times loved it every time

You could go to Kaunas and have a look at the Lietūkis Garage - should be right up your street.
