Ian Hart

Maybe he has heard about the amount of money soccer schools took this Easter.

One handful of professional appearances, ex player coach I know had 250 kids per day at 8 different venues for 10 days at £50 per day......Thats £125,000 for two weeks work during in lock down.

He is now a teacher so facilities aren't hard for hime to get and work experience seeking coaches mean costs aren't to high. He really enjoys his weekends

...........quits with no job to go to it would appear - says a great deal about the way our Club is run

I read it as he has a new business - Level 7 academy - that is needing more of his time - although he is obviously open for other roles as well.

So he has quite because he wants to go from Full time to part time, and is looking at opportunities in non-league.

I would have thought staying with Southend until you find a job would have been perfect, especially as now we are non-league.
