First XI
... to get behind the club, this is it. Forget formations, forget tactics, forget player preferences, we are only out of the drop by goal difference. Our next game coming up is against the bottom club that's just been thumped by a pretty average team. They are there for the taking. But it has to be said on recent form our confidence cant be high. Coupled with having to play on a plastic pitch, we need to be on our A game. What we dont need is them sensing nervousness and disharmony from the terrace. The supporters this season, especially away from home, have been magnificent. But next Saturday we need to be right behind the team from the off, in big, big numbers. Let's make the opposition feel like they are playing away. So if you can, get yourself down there, if only to tick off a new ground!

I’ll be at Oxford next week, but have we won on a 3G pitch since we ended up in the NL? The best I can recall was a draw at Bromley.
