I am aware of this, and I do eat them. However, it is undeniable that they are filth, and only useful as an edible fork for the salad/mango chutney/youghurt/firey tomato stuff. In fact, they are so appalling I would not be surprised if they are Dagenham's second favourite foodstuff (after corned beef). :mad:

I've never tried Aloo Gobi. I presume that it has something to do with spuds, but what's the sauce like?
