Is the two state solution dead?

Robert Fisk's article in the Independent today makes your jaw drop, with Trump's infantile approach to middle-east peace. On my wifés i-pad and can't copy & paste it.

It's scary - but is it going to be any less effective than Obama's approach? In my opinion, Obama made huge mistakes in his Middle East policy, particularly in his failure to support Iraq, and his dangerous deal with Iran.

The Israelis will never go for a one state solution. If they did they would have to give equal rights to everyone. As the Palestinians are the majority in the country this will never happen. Turkeys don't vote for Christmas and so much for democracy.
