Yeah the dates for Bradford , Sheff Utd and Charlton hardly compare to the massive revamps they have had.
Same site , different ground.

Charlton left the Valley in 86 and came back to a totally redeveloped ground in 1992

By a similar token , you could actually say we have been at Roots Hall since 1906 (with just a "few" years away)
 
Am I right in remembering that in the mid-80s (up until Glanford Park was built) Roots Hall was actually the newest ground in the Football League?
 
Yeah nothing wrong with Roots Hall it's good for another 50 years, all it needs is a coat of paint every 10 years. Well that's all that has been done for the last 20 years!
