They are also aware of his training methods and the way he wants to play, so hopefully doesn't take them as long to get up to speed so to speak.

He only signed them in the summer and he left on August 15, so he wouldn't have seen much of them in any meaningful action, just two league games and a cup match.

The 7 day hiatus after the transfer window is only for not allowing the signing of emergency loans. Players who were free agents at the time the previous transfer window closed can be signed at any time.
