Jonson Clarke-Harris

Every bit as useless yesterday as when we had him on loan a few years ago.

Wonder how he has made a living as a footballer all these years.

He’s just what we realistically needed in the transfer window. Strong and mobile to come off the bench with fresh legs to hold the ball up and harass defenders. He played his role in Rovers’ win.

Sounds like he’s been brought in as a replacement for Toney. He’s off to Brentford for £10m and Peterborough have paid around £1.2m for JCH!

Agreed, think they’ll struggle this year. They haven’t been the same since Coughlan left.
Yes indeed—especially if that last game back in March is anything to go by. That day they were among the very worst teams I’ve seen in my 34 years of watching teams at the third level at the Hall.

Peterborough really do have a good habit of getting great strikers in and then making a fortune after their success.

Can't remember the team he played in here, but certainly don't remember ever seeing anything remarkable in him. Did he go away and improve or were we in one of those dog **** lows that we have from time to time?

He was only just 18 - played a total of 15 minutes in October 2012 in 3 substitute appearances 2 of which were away. Didn’t he have a bit of a naughty boy reputation? Grown up now - 40 of his 64 goals have come since August 2018.

But it took him until he was 26 to learn his trade properly...use his strength...gain confidence in his ability....get a run of games....

Na that’s ludicrous....should’ve stuck with the opinions formed when he was 19...it was obvious then that he wasn’t going to make it...
