I guess it maybe moved but this is regarding the Council election and not the General.

Whenever i read an contraversial point in the Echo it always seems to mention this Cabinet that makes supposedly the majority of the decisions in the Southend borough. It is appearing more in the articles, the letters and the web comments as we approach the council elections

So I am interested to see what the perception of how the Southend Council Cabinet was created.
