Stevie Tilson is the 5th longest serving manager in English football! A lot of you probably knew it anyway but worth a look to see the list of managers who has been serving their clubs the longest. Lets be proud of Steve Tilson I'm a big fan of him and there is no doubt overall he has done more good than bad whilst his time here. :)

Which makes it slightly surprising that people excuse his often poor use of substitutes by saying he's still learning the ropes?

Overall he has done more good than bad ? Of course, by a substantial margin !!

There's no doubt a whole host of managers beneath him that have had far more years in management but have failed to hold a job for as long as Tilly due to their ineptitude.
