Evening all,

Flying from Looton in July and parking seems madly expensive, it’s actually cheaper to book a hotel for the night before (and includes breakfast!) and then leave the car at the hotel for the week.

Now I’m not really interested in staying at the hotel the night before as we have a 2pm flight.

So this takes me onto my question: what’s parking like in the nearby neighbourhood!? Is it all residential / not worth the fuss!?

Thanks

Kev

Take the train.

No hassle with parking, don’t have to worry about driving tired after a flight, can have a beer or two and your car won’t melt.

Our flight back doesn’t land till gone 11pm so train not an option sadly, plus with suitcases and kids, it’s probably not an option to start with!

Have you tried justpark.com, 2 weeks in July costs about £125 and some offer a transfer into the airport or Luton parkway Station which is 4 mins shuttle from the airport.

This looks brilliant. Have quickly looked and looks perfect and should save 100 quid so big thumbs up.
