I have bought tickets to support Kev, but won’t be able to go as will no doubt get home at 3am from the Rochdale game and then have to go to work the next day and don’t live locally. What I am saying ithe timing is not encouraging people to attend. We never have games 2 days running in the league. My gripe is there is actually no real thought about this the fan and also the loss of potential money for Kev. Anyway it is what it is, just poorly arranged in my view.

The date was almost certainly set so far in advance the playoffs seemed a world away. In hindsight maybe not the best but I wonder if there’s even a better date given the semi final then final in the week after.

Would it have been for Sid Broomfield ? Certainly Alan Moody had one and that was against West Ham.

Off the top of my head I would say Paul Sansom , I thought it was a poor turn out of about 1600 for a man who gave great service to the club . I fear this is about all Kevin will get for his loyal service .

Not having the timing thing. Admittedly it’s not great for the 1,200 that made the trip to Rochdale, but we had 9,500 at the last home game.
