Making Headlines

I have an Uncle who lives over in Ireland and he was over in Southend the other day and he brought a local newspaper with him, dated at the beginning of May.

It had an article about Kevin Maher being related to a famous hurling player who lived in the area.....anyway it went on to talk about our promotion hopes and that we were one game away from promotion.

So, for those people who think we don't get enough media exposure, at least we made the news in Ireland.
