Monitor with speakers

Not sure what the best option is really.

My wife would occasionally like to watch tv in bed. Never been a fan of watching on phones as the screen is too small, so thought about a small tv then realised that once I've finished my work for the day I have a monitor going spare.

My office set up is in the bedroom with a 28" Dell monitor. I've connected up a firestick and that seems to work but no sound. Is it worth locating a monitor with built in speakers or can cheap (but decent quality) sound bars be purchased.

I'm not after full surround sound movie experience but don't want it to sound tinny or weak.

If the monitor has bluetooth - try something like this speaker below. Great brand, good reviews - and you can use it round the house/on trips when not using it in the bedroom. Pretty sure you can also connect bluetooth to the firestick itself - if you have a pair of bluetooth headphones in the house, try connecting them to the firestick when it's connected to the monitor to see if the bluetooth works. If it does, then get a speaker!

Not sure if the monitor has bluetooth but will try the firestick and see if that works. Would like a more "wired" solution as the only bluetooth speaker we have is used out and about and don't want the faff of re-connecting to the firestick every time we wanted to use it (unless the firestick remembers)
