SUFC: The Future New 2024/25 kit - sponsored by c2c rail - officially released and available from club shop

I thought there was the issue of c2c becoming nationalised and therefore that might not be an option again... not heard any more on that, but I like them as a sponsor; decent logo that doesn't get in the way.

Not too keen on Macron but as long as we can buy the bloody things I'll be happy, then on to Puma the year after 🤗

all I know is we’re with Macron for another year (last one) and the new kit is done & dusted and going to be launched in July

You would hope (well, I do) that the estimated number of shirts etcetera for 2025/26 season would be updated (increased?) to take account of the situation seen this season.

And I would hope that there should be (not that I have ever had a job in textile manufacturing .........) enough "lead in-time" for the manufacturer to get the stock in the shop at the required time(s).

Probably just wishful thinking on my part.

It may well depend on what other contracts Macron earn or lose & that might see us slip down (or up) the pecking order of importance.

a lot of it from this season was still down to the fact Macron didn't want to take a gamble on us - remember the takeover wasn't completed until July 24, by which time most (normally run) clubs would've had their agreements, pre-orders etc. in place with their kit suppliers.

This year Tom L told us in April that everything was ready for July.

Last April (2024) things were very much still up in the air

I like navy-yellow(-white). It's unique, whereas the likes of Wimbledon have royal blue-yellow covered. And the inclusion of yellow marks us moving on from the Ron era, but keeping the navy with it to form a new combination feels like it continues the modern evolution of the club, not just looking to the past.

I think we're all biased towards the era we grew up/fell in love with the club in though. My formative years were around the time we switched to navy!
