Now that Southend council and Rochford have played ball (excuse the pun) things have to make the step up to government level with this in mind what time scale are we looking at and when will we have the 100% green light, also anybody see this getting called in?
 
Im no expert but wasnt it 21 days after the plans submitted to the government, if they dont object its then agreed.

Im sure the plans have already been submitted.

Rons aim is 2008/2009 and have to say he has been spot on with everything so far.
 
yeah i think your right it is 21 days. from the official date is has been agreed building will start 3 months from then, well thats what it says on the website anyway
