Nice quiet cafe/pub in Southend area with free Wifi and parking

Morning zoners!

I've got to hang around in Southend for about 3 hours this afternoon whilst my son has rehearsals at SHSB, and could really do with getting on with some work whilst I'm there.

I'm looking for a recommendation of a nice quiet cafe or pub, with free car parking and free wifi. I'll have a car so happy to drive within a reasonable radius.

Any suggestions?

I was in there last Friday and the police searched the gents twice in the time it took to eat my lunch.
