Online Team Diary/Meeting Scheduler

Does anyone know of any free online meeting/diary/calender software, where multiple users can gain access to and is secured by a password etc.

Basically, I want my freelance team to be able to see where everybody is, at meetings etc and be able to add in appointments when required.

I've seen a few products available but they all charge a fee, which I really want to avoid if possible.

Green for anyone that can help me find a free product that does all I want it to.

try "zoho", they have lots of joint project things that you can use

basecamp is good but there is a charge i believe
