According to the EFL site the man in the middle is Darren England, over to you Mick.
Let's hope we get a better performance than Andre Marriner

Man in charge on Tuesday is Darren England from Broomhill near Wombwell (birthplace of Ernie Shepherd) near Barnsley. This is his second year as a League referee.

Aged in his very early thirties, he is the National Project Coordinator for the Football League Trust (FLT) on the government funded National Citizen Service and since attaining his degree in Sport and Recreational Development he has been lucky enough to have worked in sport throughout his working life. Other employers include Barnsley FC in their Community Trust.

He has given up an extremely successful Assistant Referee career to concentrate on being the man in the middle possibly influenced by the changes bringing full-time referees to the Football League (predominantly Championship) as well as the Premiership. He signed off from lining with the 2014/15 FA Cup Final followed by the Norway v Sweden international. He also refereed the Conference Play-off match between Bristol Rovers and Forest Green that same season.

He refereed the Southend away match at Wigan last season which I didn't see but I suspect it wasn't his fault we were outclassed. That game saw yellows for Worrall and Deegan.

Since then he refereed our shocker at Rochdale. A 3-0 defeat and yellows for Inniss and O'Neill. None for them.

He has refereed Oxford twice before, both at home. This season's 4-1 victory over Coventry and last season's 3-1 defeat of Braintree in the Cup. So played 2 won 2 for them, played 2 lost 2 for us. What could go wrong ? Oh, and we've had a red card in 2 of our last 3 League games at Oxford !

His matches this season have been low on yellows, but a little high on reds - 29 matches, 79 yellows, 5 reds.

Assisting will be brummie, Andrew Hendley and Thomas Ramsey from Great Waltham near Chelmsford. Fourth Official duties will be performed by Kevin Morris from Hereford.

PB will be delighted that we have a non premier ref. He's not in his short career been good for us though as Mick has indicated. Goals for 1 goals against 7 and we are still looking for a SUFC player to find the net! 3rd time lucky?

He sounds OK to me, so I expect a good performance with no histrionics!
