Noticed he signed for Swansea yesterday for £150,000. Am sure he was linked with us and Leicester before the season started which came to nothing.Point is that as we can only afford strikers from the lower divisions should we have gone in for him?. Swansea are again in with a shout of the play-offs and they may be in the championship next season and obviously have confidence in his ability as they have given him a 2 and a half year contract and believe he can replace Fallon. I know he has only scored 5 goals in 20 games, but over a season he reaches double figures and lets face it, we are not going to sign a striker who currently knocks in 20 goals every season because all clubs are after one!.
