play off tickets

I seem to remember one cold winters evening an announcement at a game to hold onto to your tickets as they will give you second dabs on tickets for any home play off game after season ticket holders.

Anyone remember which game?

Got mine-didn't think I would need them. Almost lobbed them away -would have blamed myself for tempting fate if I had so it's not my fault!

If you've bought a ticket your details should be on the system as having done so. You should be OK in that case.

Any idea if Autopay will be in operation for the home game or will I have to que up/phone with the masses?

Thanks
Mark

but not if i paid on the night.

sometimes i do sometimes i don't

Yes i remember that announcement about keeping your tickets from the snowy Shrewsbury encounter, of which i was there and still have the ticket stubs.

Surely having those ticket stubs will give you priority for both away and home legs in the playoffs??

Would be a good idea and a good touch from the club to award the few who attended that game on such a cold Tuesday night in the snow!

Come on Scriv's put in a word to the club for the true loyal fans who attended that game and many other games like it where only a few thousand turned up!

UP THE BLUES!!!!

I remember that well!

I really thought Joe Ross was going to call the game off when he went over to the dugout during that heavy snow fall!

It was trully a winter wonderland watching Southend play in that heavy snow!

Unlikely for the away leg, as, after season tickets holders, there won't be that many left and there were presumably 2,000 ish tickets issued versus Shrewsbury.

Well do you really think everyone who went to that wintery game in the snow kept their ticket stubs??

Surely the club can reward us the loyal fans for the two play off legs!

It's not that easy.

Say Sixfields holds 8,000 (generous). We are entitled to 15%, that's 1200. It may be we get a few more if that stand holds for example 1400.

Anyway with a couple of thousand season ticket holders, perhaps half will go. That leaves 400 which you cannot prioritise with the 2000 Shrewsbury tickets.

Definitely!!!

Would be a good touch from the club to arrange it!!!

Cant be that difficult to arrange as not all STH go to away games!

Come on Scriv's do the biz!! Put in a good word to the powers that be! P.S. Just ordered my ST for next season!

I came across my Shrewsbury ticket the other day. Might have known then that that was a bad sign.
