Thought i'd ask on here, before phoning someone ( fingers x! ).
Son currently lives alone in family house since my 'estranged' passed away. He spends time away re his job. When he does this & no water is being used in the house, after a couple of days the overflow pipe under the gutter consistently drips water onto the Decking below. Turn tap on for a few mins & it stops.
Tanks in Loft ok, water levels well below overflow pipe, must be due to main Boiler in Bathroom for some reason?. Trouble is, it's insulated & no way of looking at anything!.
