I get that but if 2,000 people turn up at 2pm for the trains from Marylebone some aren't making kick off. Better to get to Wembley at a decent time this weekend imo
Yeah I’ll be heading off for Wembley at 1 latest I’d say. I want to march up Wembley Way singing my heart out. Spoons at Marylebone will be open early.

When England play, their price was around £8 a pint. "Event Pricing"

When Wimbledon had Boxpark last week, pints were £5 to 5.50. But online price lists suggest £6.40 Coors, £7 Madri, £7 Guinness. (https://www.meandu.app/bpf-wembley/counter/boxpark-bar)

The Metropolitan (Spoons at Baker Street) is £5 a pint. £5.50 Guiness (Check the spoons app)

The Globe is £6.60 Amstel. £7.15 Guiness (Check the Greene King app).
Helpful thanks, think The Torch 🔦 also does “event (robbing bastards), pricing

I don't know how reliable this is but I've just checked the list of pubs/restaurants given to Southend on the CAMRA site. They say that none of them serve real ale. Can this be true? Ah! an update The Black Sheep didn't show up on their list but according to the pubs site, it DOES serve real ale.

The Yak looks like the only place to get a decent pint! Like others have said I don't really want to be leaving it late to get from another pub to Wembley with the train situation!

Nobody has mentioned here from the official list I assume there is a good reason I am missing?

This sounds ok to be fair, and have to walk past this to get to the torch, may end up in here to save my legs and depending on how many I've had in the globe 😂

I had a drink in feed the yak on Friday whilst setting up the display for Sheffield United in the Championship play off.
It has 20 key keg lines. No Cask..
Plus two fridges full of mainly Cornish brewery cans.
I am a Cask Ale drinker but the key keg was very good.
Only problem is only 80 people (as the owner told me) are allowed in. Security will be on door duty.
Closes a hour before the game.
Opens a hour after.
No charge to get in.
So anyone going better get there early.
