Pubs for Tomorrow's Game

Where are people heading for a few drinks before the game? We're going down on train and will be there midday, just checked map with pubs on it and they have a Yates and Hogshead very close to both train station and ground.
Gotta be heading to one of them watch the Cricket Essex vs Hampshire T20 semi final and Man City vs Tottenham before heading to the ground.
Hogshead and Yates are both on Victoria Road very easy to find!
Would be good to get a "Horses and Groom" (sure thats the name of Orients pub) style atmosphere when we go there before the game.

The advice I am getting from a dagger boy who made the trip last year is, DO YOUR DRINKING AT WATERLOO. Aldershot has apparently got a reputation..........
