4 years ago had a posh work do in the Directors box at Spurs. At half time Spurs arranged a meet and greet with former greats - one of them Ray Clemence. I mentioned that I had seen him play at Roots Hall in the Cup tie against Liverpool. Without prompting he remembered the game well and said the snow made it very difficult for keepers. Had a great chat for a few minutes. Genuinely such a nice guy. RIP
 
Had the pleasure of seeing him play on many occasions and he was just so reliable and his battle with Peter Shilton to be England's number one showed the quality of keepers we had at that time.
