There have been a number of changes at Roots Hall over the summer, but one man integral to the future of the football club remains in southeast Essex: Ricky Duncan.

The Shrimpers’ Head of Youth is now entering the sixth season of his second period in the job, having presided over the development of first-team players Johnny Herd, Franck Moussa, Stuart O’Keefe and Harry Crawford.
