you may need to select the member from a drop down mate, thats how i had to do it.

I went to Assign Attendees, just before payment and after added 2 to my cart. My wife was named on the drop-down.

If they’re already on your account you shouldn’t need to assign, just select how many tickets you need for the amount of ST members on the account and check out. Hope this helps, worked for us

Phew got them. It was my own fault. I had the account open on my phone and also laptop. Phone went in first so i started allocating tickets and then my laptop kicked in so thought it was easier on there so started the process again and of course it thought that i was trying to buy 14 tickets and not the 7! doh
never had an issue before getting them which was why i was getting frustrated but lesson learnt
i did however get a phone call from the ticketing company who were very helpful.
They saw my message on here
