I'm not sure it was a case of not willing to put in a shift, probably more to do with fitness

i'd heard, possibly from some scouting report, that Wordsworth was a player who didn't tend to put a shift in but he really has recently. if he was suffering fitness-wise then great that he's now fit and able to play so well. he was top class last weekend
