All seems very complicated, but in short it seems like Ron owes money to someone, which is completely out of character for him.

Very briefly - please make sure you are sitting down - someone was trying to wind up Martin Dawn plc for non-payment.

Ron Martin tried to argue that it was subject to a genuine dispute rather than him not being able to pay and should be dismissed.

Ron Martin lost.

Another company Ron was involved in-

The Promotion Agreement concerned the potential development of certain property in Essex ("the Land") of which Arran and Jetbury were at that time the owners; Arran was incorporated in the BVI (but having been struck off the register in the BVI on 1 May 2024, has since been dissolved) and Jetbury in Cyprus; both were understood to be owned by Mr Martin
 
Does it all mean that The Rat is personally liable for the 7mill debt as he was the guarantor for it when they lent it to him?

Not that is think anything is in his name these days? @Napster

Hopefully, he will have flown over/down to the other side by the time he has to come up with our dosh and Rat junior is not on any of these contracts.
 
Do we have any idea how the planning permission application is going for Fossets? As much as I'd like the money he's supposed to pay us, the stadium is the most important thing

So basically he has cleared away/transfered/resigned anything he is involved with SUFC and FF wise and i think that 7 mill they want they will be whistling for. Do you think they will make him bankrupt? Not that that would seem to effect him now.

It all seems to be have been planned for a long time, leaving a trail of debts in his wake.

He guaranteed the debt so he is personally liable to pay up, isn't he? The whole house of cards about to collapse?

I do wonder and i haven't a clue if they will have any legal recourse to anything for the land at FF or the land mentioned in Thundersley the loans were paid out on.. I know since the original loan dates things have changed but can they do anything now?

Can you borrow 7mill against one company FF for example when you were in charge of it, then transfer yourself out of it and not personally or the existing company be liable after that date @Firestorm

I know it is about MD not FF but he was in charge of both at the time when they gave him the loan.

I don't think he owns anything at FF so doubt that could be seized. Doesn't he even have his house in his wife's name? Probably nothing of substance left in his.

So the likelihood is his guarantee is worthless and he will be made bankrupt and debarred from any future directorships, having previously transferred all his assets to members of the family.
