I put forward that both Chrissie Powell and Spencer Prior represented us in this glorious competition, but I think I was put right when a pal suggested that Cozy was called in as a last minute replacement for Spinner.

Does my memory deceive me or did Derek Woodley not win the PFA sprint title or something similar during his time with the Blues.

What a performance that pre-season match with Gills was. They tried their hardest to beat us to his signature after that.

They had people waiting for him to come out of the changing room and take them with them. Looked more like a hostage situation then a transfer signing.
