i still havent recived my season ticket
i missed the millwall games because i was on holiday.
but has anyone else got theres back if not how did u get in to millwall game???

They probably had to get in the same way some of the Millwall fans did.

It is odd how the ticket office can be so efficient with so many things, yet be so utterly hopeless with the odd thing like this. Why do we have so many problems with season tickets!?

going out on a limb with a suggestion here....have you tried phoning the ticket office to sort out something so you can collect your card or get it reprinted there and then on Friday? Or some other arrangement.

I feel ashamed to have suggested such an off the wall idea but I just had to do it so apologies ;)

Did you have a season card last year and if so have you changed your seat number? Cos if you haven't and are in the same seat then your card from last season will work.

exactly the same, i went to my first home game and got it taken off me as didn't work. was promised a new one to be sent but no luck. called 3 times this week and was promised call back didn't get it. went down there at lunchtime and they said they still having problems and to come back friday. said i wouldn't and wanted a paper ticket. after loads of ummm and arrrring they gave me.

what is going on with the club. thought they were a business. but they can't pay players, don't respect fans or players. getting worse by the day

They took 2 cards off of me at the Millwall match, one was my Blockbuster video card, which wasn't a problem as I don't use that anymore, since they closed the one in Southchurch some time ago and built some empty flats and shops in its place. Also, I have to get my car washed by Warrior Square, anyway I digress.

I rang the club today to be told I would get a call later on today (funny that) and that the cards should be ready for me to collect, which is convenient.... They f*** up and I have to go out of my way and leave work early to collect my cards. T*55ers!

Gave my card in on the Saturday after the Millwall game as it was still not working.
They promised my card would be sorted or a paper ticket sent to me by the following Wednesday. As nothing had been received I called them this morning and was
told I would receive a call back today but I would now have to pick the card up from the ticket office !.
More hassle for me so I too am most unimpressed with the ticket office.........
