Hi, just wondering if anyone remembers a supporter who used to go to alot of away games in the 90's? His surname was Shadwell but I can't remember his first name?
Does anyone know if he still goes to the Hall these days?

Yep, Welsh Asian lad with glasses and always wore a long blue Southend United coat everywhere he went.

@Westcliff Shrimper and @cscockles were very close to him so could probably shed some light as to his whereabouts.

Tim lives in Cambridge now. Still a Shrimper.

Why was he called Shadwell?
From the hooligan film ID.

He looked like a trainspotter but my god could that boy have a serious tear up. Remember a bunch of Huddersfield fans trying to take the Mickey out of him up there and he flopped two of them, bang bang with the rest of them retreating a bit rapid.

After that we all called him shadwell and nobody ever laughed at him again.

Flopped? What he knocked them out? Lol

Remember Shadwell from travelling on the Blues on tour coaches back in the day....very late 80's/early nineties. Quite a quiet chap..always friendly but a bit of a loner if memory serves.
Obviously you weren't at Huddersfield away when he caused a riot on his own.

He was probably quiet due to him boarding the coach after a Friday night session with the lads, and OR being halfway through little whiskey flask he would always in his jacket pocket at the back of the coach.

Lovey fella but the poster boy of the phrase "never judge a book by his cover".
