Am I right in thinking that the AGM is now long overdue,as it is now approximately 18 months since the last AGM was held and Companies Law states that the maximum period between AGMs is 15 months?

Did this topic crop up in the discussions with TB?

It's mentioned in the Trust liaison notes.

It may seem like we only have one shareholder!
