Sorry. The Elite Player Performance Plan. Ie, big clubs hoovering up youngsters from lower leagues on the cheap because they have better academies.
 
Thanks to everyone who has completed this so far, and especially those who answered questions in the AAS section - it all helps us understand what we need to do to make the fanzine and podcast better.

So far we've got more responses than either of the last two surveys we ran (2013 and 2015) but I'd like to get to at least 500 to make it a bit more representative of our fanbase as a whole.

So if you haven't filled it out yet, please do, it takes ten minutes.
