Yep great composure from Tomlin and finish. No foul for Cressy's goal. Their keeper at fault. The commentary from the highlights on the FL show was laughable though. We only drew because poor old Bradford apparently were tired from the cup extra time and pens. Made out we were being battered by them all game til the end. Remind me again about our game on Tuesday FL show?

Yeh, they do talk some b*llocks on that show. We completely battered them for most of the second half.

Tomlins was the pick of the goals and that was from a route one, but he showed great composure to fool Darby the defender and slot home. Prosser unlucky with the first, should have done better with the second.

Smith at fault with the goals ? what on earth are people on about ?
Some believe some one must be to blame; they also concentrate on the "half empty" instead of "half full" side of things when they watch to pick up on errors by their non favorites. Sad for them.......and then us when they drone on and on and on and on etc.

Hopefully after being shown as idiots once again, those few that continually complain about Smith will give it a rest and try supporting the guy for once.

Anyway, bored of the Smith debate. Lovely taken goal by Tomlin. Also can't see what was wrong with the Cresswell goal, group of 4 or 5 players all going in, Cressy just beat them all.

Is it my imagination or is the pitch in a poor condition?

It was not that bad. More a case of the Tuesday game being played on it with a layer of frost and then that melting later in the week.

Yes pitch wasn't great but the frost and then dig rainfall will do that. I expect it to be better for friday by the time it has been rolled.

The pitch is in awful condition, and, unless termperatures rise, it is likely to stay that way for the foreseeable future. Apparently grass doesn't grow when the soil temperature drops below about 6C. Not only that, it also needs plenty of sunlight. So any divots might be rolled flat, but the pitch is likely to cut up really badly...unless it's frozen again!

You actually think these are the type of people that will admit to making a mistake? What's more, even if they did, do you think they're the type of people to learn from it?
