I didn't think Harris "supported" the club, but was more "fond" of us having moved into the area during his time with Millwall. I think he's a Millwall fan.

Dean Marney of Burnley is from Canvey as is Billy Knott (Sunderland - Was at AFC dons on loan) - do they count?

Scott Forbes!! Should of been the first name that anyone posted.

Barrett's a W*** H** fan., like Tilly was a Leeds fan.

Frankie Banks was Hull and Crown wasn't local, although he's developed an affinity to the club.

Is Col Ewe's (former?) keeper a Southend fan?
Also one of the loanee defenders (John White?) said his parents use to watch Southend, which is about as much as you can admit if you play for Col Ewe.

Paul Hayes (Brentford) is another local boy who didn't support us.

Paul Hayes is on record as hating us. Anthony Wordsworth's parents are Southend fans - whether he is, is open to doubt. I think you may be correct about John White.

Banks and Crown don't count as they aren't active anyway. Barrett used to watch us, at least.

Pretty sure I remember reading (when he was at Spurs) that Marney was an Arsenil fan as a kid.

Robbie Keane would have to go on the list if we ever signed him, as every club he has ever played for have been his "boyhood heroes"
